General CE: 40 Credits, Live CE: 10 Credits Due Date (M/D/Y): 2/28/2021

An applicant for renewal must complete a minimum of forty (40) contact hours of CE credit in approved programs during the two (2) year period preceding the date the license expires.

At least two (2) hours in Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) training are required.

At least two (2) hours in medication/dispensing errors training are required.

A minimum of ten (10) contact hours of the required forty (40) CE credits must be live CE programs.

Pharmacists with added authority to immunize and vaccinate must complete two (2) hours of CE each renewal period relevant to the administration of immunizations and vaccinations as part of the CE credits required.
