General CE: 15 Credits, Live CE: 5 Credits Due Date (M/D/Y): 6/30/2020

Pharmacists must complete fifteen (15) hours of CPE offered by approved providers.

Five (5) hours of credit must be obtained through participation in live programs.

No carry over of credit is allowed.

All immunizing pharmacists must complete one hour of training about immunizations each year to renew their license.

Pharmacy Technician
General CE: 10 Credits, Live CE: 3 Credits Due Date (M/D/Y): 6/30/2020

A Pharmacy Technician II who seeks annual licensure renewal shall be required to:

Satisfactorily complete at least ten (10) hours (1 continuing education unit) of continuing education courses, sponsored by a recognized provider, during the current licensing cycle;

Complete at least three (3) hours (0.3 continuing education units) of the required ten (10) hours of continuing education as live hours;

Maintain documentation of all required continuing education for a period of at least two (2) years from the date the training was completed.
