General CE: 30 Credits Due Date (M/D/Y): 6/30/2021

Every two years pharmacists must satisfactorily complete thirty (30) hours in approved CPE programs.

Two (2) hours must be in law and two (2) hours must be in patient safety or medication error reduction.

A one-time seven (7) hour pain management CPE must be completed within twenty-four (24) months of the first license renewal. This includes a one-time requirement to complete a one (1) hour Pain Management Commission of the Oregon Health Authority, and six (6) hours of CE in pain management.

Pharmacy Technician
General CE: 20 Credits Due Date (M/D/Y): 8/31/No User Data Required

Pharmacy technicians must renew licenses through PTCB.

Require 20 hours total every 2 years, with at least 1 hour of law.

Hours can not be carried over from previous renewals.
