  • Overview

Every time we look out over our prescription counter we see a very unique individual. Every one of our patients will metabolize and excrete drugs based on their own genetic makeup. As medicine becomes more specific for disease states, medications will become even more specific based on the patient's ability to metabolize and excrete drugs. This program will focus on the most common drugs and the most common P450 enzyme families. Population groups will also be discussed with regard to disease states more common to that group.
