    As antimicrobial resistance continues to rise many organizations such as the CDC, CMS, and The Joint Commission have incorporated stewardship into their recommendations. This activity is designed to give an overview of antimicrobial agents, including spectrum of coverage, dose optimization, adverse effects, and strategies for clinically and financially prudent use of these agents.
