  • Overview

The release of the PARADIGM-HF study and approval of sacubitril/valsartan provided a new treatment option (ARNIs) that could lead to better outcomes for patients with heart failure. This activity will provide an overview of the currently recommended morbidity and mortality-reducing agents for patients with heart failure. It will summarize key clinical trials that have led to the current recommendations for medication use in heart failure, with specific emphasis on the evidence around the use of ARNIs, and the role these could play in future heart failure management.
