Now, more than ever, tensions are high without a clear solution in sight. What is this phenomenon? This session will be about the profession’s probable cause: moral injury, or a betrayal of what is right. You will learn about how moral injury occurs, what causes it, how to combat it for yourself and others, as well as solutions for institutions.
