Beyond the Classroom: Vaccine Administration

Vaccines are an increasingly vital tool in the prevention of disease. With the challenges brought on by COVID-19, a renewed focus was placed on both the pharmacist’s and pharmacy technician’s role in the timely administration of vaccines. This session brings together a group of expert panelists to reflect on ‘lessons learned’ during the COVID-19 pandemic and to identify some of the more problematic areas with both vaccine administration and public acceptance.
As with all ‘Beyond the Classroom’ discussions, participants will be able to interact directly with the panelists in real time.
