Bedrija Nikocevic obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy in 2008. Upon graduation, Dr. Nikocevic worked as a staff pharmacist and a pharmacy manager in community pharmacy for eight years. In 2016, Dr. Nikocevic transitioned to teaching at Roosevelt University College of Pharmacy, where she is currently employed at the rank of Associate Professor of Clinical Sciences and teaches pharmacy law and self-care and non-prescription therapeutics courses. Dr. Nikocevic provided pharmaceutical care to underserved patients as a diabetes specialist for over two years, and recently transitioned to the cardiology clinic at Sinai Hospital in Chicago.
