    • Overview

Health care providers are not always aware of therapeutic errors made by patients. Nor are they aware of the drugs and drug classes that are likely to produce toxic effects when errors occur. Pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and nurses will be able to use this information to help educate patients on the correct way to take medications and what interventions should be made when errors occur.
